Message	but if the insurance companies didn't have us all wound so tight, people would just pay their tickets...well, more anyway. I believe that the power should be with the government in these cases, not the insurance companies. If they want drivers to get the point, instead of paying higher insurance which lines corporate pockets, maybe a program should be put in place for community service or something..I know it would be hard to administrate and set up, but the long term payoffs would be better...and since most people only interact with the lower courts, if they took them more seriously, they would be less likely to commit more serious offences Gotta Love The Z
